Here's some real MD5 feedback

Updated: 4 days ago

“Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.”

‭‭I John 3:18‬‬

The Harsh Truth

Life is tough. Some days hit harder than others, and in those moments, holding onto faith can feel like grasping at air.

But our walk with Christ isn’t about having it all together—it’s about showing up, even when life gets messy and uncertain so that The Almighty can continue to strengthen and transform us.

The Goal

At MD5, we don’t just talk about faith; we live and teach it in real, practical ways. We know life can knock you down, so we focus on helping people apply biblical principles where it matters—in the everyday struggles for God's glory and our good.

Whether it’s through honest conversations, guided prayers, or life planning. This is a discipleship process that is designed to take the "lofty-softy" down to the "nitty-gritty" that most people in church today don't want to talk about.

Real Feedback

Our 2024 cohort told us what hit home the most to them this past year, last week in our final meeting at Bob's Grill. They said that they loved how we took biblical principles from scripture and broke them down into simple, actionable steps or processes. Also, they loved that we empowered them to make them their own and to be accountable to them through their life plans.

They also mentioned that they grew much deeper in their intentional pursuit of The Lord and their relationships because they became aware that faith wasn't something they "did" when convenient but it was something they started "living out" in every aspect of their lives on a daily basis.

Remember This

Christian community is at the heart of everything we do as disciples of Christ. When you connect with other men through MD5, you’re not just joining a program—you’re finding Christian brothers who will pray with you, listen to you, and stand by you when the road gets rocky to keep you fixed on Christ.

Also remember that MD5 isn’t just about personal growth—it’s about looking more like Jesus' example every day. In other words, serving Him and others, even when you’re struggling yourself. This will give you purpose and healing in ways words can’t explain.

Only One Guarantee

Life doesn’t come with guarantees, but our faith in our Lord and Savior does offer a guarantee. A love so deep and wide and tall and long that we can never escape it!

So, wherever you are in your journey, know that you don’t have to do it alone. Lean into what you learned in MD5 about staying connected to your "power source" The Holy Spirit and your MD5 brothers to allow God to complete a good work in you no matter the circumstances you find yourself in.
